One can find motivation almost anywhere if they make the choice to live a healthy lifestyle. Seeing others who may be living a less healthy lifestyle sets you up as a role model to help them see what is possible and to motivate them to live a healthier lifestyle. This in turn pushes you further to excel. Other people, especially through Bodybuilding.com, help support you through communications as well.
Sometimes words from the site help push you through those low carb days to get in a great workout when you just want to head to the house and skip on the gym. Being in the correct mind set also helps. Knowing that you have decided to devote your life to living a healthy lifestyle is a choice that you live by day in, day out. You realize this is not temporary and keep with it at all times.

My future bodybuilding goals are to become a top natural bodybuilding professional and travel the world promoting the sport of natural bodybuilding and fitness. Hopefully through my efforts I can show others what is possible without taking all the drugs which are so often associated with the sport. I want to get people off the path of destruction onto the path of betterment and health.
